Mexican wild yam has historically been used for its’ potential health properties in balancing hormones by supporting the natural function of progesterone in the body which then allows other hormones to function optimally.

Chaste tree berry has been found to offer numerous potential benefits around PMS support. Traditionally it has been found to potentially maintain hormone levels, and may support mood and sleep quality as well as ease cramps.

We have formulated our Mexican Wild Yam Cream to incorporate these ingredients with a CO2 extraction method to gently maintain each’s potency and have combined it with some other skin lavishing ingredients like Vitamin E, Aloe Vera and Sweet Almond Oil.

Directions:
This luxurious and silky cream can be applied to areas of soft skin like the abdomen, inner things, upper arms and chest area morning and night. For girls and women, 3 weeks of use should be followed by a week’s pause. This pause should align with menstruation in menstruating women. Men and boys can continue to apply the cream without a pause.
